Dear Resident:

As the security of our community is a priority and we are committed to continuous improvement in our surveillance systems for our community, as well as having been agreed upon at the 2025 Assembly, we inform you that the access system for residents, visitors, and suppliers will be changed. Therefore, we will begin collecting information for this new access system upon receipt of this circular.

• Address (Street and number) if by email, to be entered in the “Subject” (reference) line

• Vehicle´s registration card (in the name of the residents of the relevant address).

• Mobile phone numbers to be used to control of access: only 1 or 2 phone numbers per address of the residents.

Since the system will send you control messages, we need you to tell us which of the cell phone numbers you'll send them to will be given priority when sending these control messages. If the priority number doesn't answer, a message will be sent to the alternate phone, as the provider access control system will function like the current intercom, but via a mobile app.

For example, when a service provider comes to take care of a repair, or when a food delivery vehicle arrives, access shall be allowed via a mobile phone through the use of a cell phone application.

 

In a second phase: we will request the following: (we will timely let you know of the dates for this purpose).

• Vehicles from the 2011 model year or earlier, as well as vehicles with foreign license plates, must be broughtbe to the Association´s office to have the new system´s sticker placed on it (we will advise on the dates to do this).

• The system will work by confirming the front plates and stickers; therefore, it shall be required the vehicles display the front plates.

Note: Vehicles year 2012 and forward, shall not be required to bring them into our office, as long as the PUBLIC VEHICLE REGISTRY “REPUVE” sticker is displayed in the windshield.
